Page Titles (Global Headers)

Many of the headers on the Nature Friend website are global headers, and will automatically pull the page title in the WordPress editor.

If you manually type a page title into a global header, then it will change the page title across all pages.

To avoid this, instead of changing the page title in Divi, change it in the WordPress editor.

Slider Image Sizes

1920 x 1080 (or similar) is sufficient for fullwidth slider images. On mobile, Divi will cut off the left and right sides of the image and only show the center, so make sure the subject is in the center of the image.

You can manually set a mobile-only version of the image, but we would only recommended this for static sections that won’t change often, since you’ll have to create two versions of the same image. For mobile-only images, 800px wide is sufficient.

Left-Aligned Image Captions

To left align an image caption, click on the image in the WordPress editor, and then click the “Advanced” tab at the bottom of the sidebar. This will open up some additional settings.

In the “Additional CSS Class(es)” box, type in “left-caption” (with no quotes) and then save the post. You won’t see the update in the WordPress editor, but you’ll see it when you view the post.

Coupons

Two places in the website backend:

  • Leaky Paywall > Coupons – This is where coupons are created, and will show you how many times a particular coupon has been used.
  • Leaky Paywall > Subscribers – There is a column that says “Coupon” that shows what, if any, coupon they used. In this case, the Rozebooms used World Magazine March 2025.
