- 8 bacon strips
- 1 T (heaping) chili powder

Okra Brownies
These brownies are a good way to use your extra okra and to hide your veggie. The okra itself adds to the moisture of the brownies.

- 2 c chopped, cooked okra
- 2 eggs
- ¼ c milk or buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp molasses
Make sure to cook the okra first! Chop the okra, then cook with water in a small sauce pan until soft. Not cooking the okra will make for awful brownies.

- ¼ c butter (soft)
- 2-3 T cocoa powder
- ⅛ tsp stevia powder
- ¼ c cream
Mix coconut oil, butter, and cocoa well. Add stevia and cream and stir well. Spread over cooled brownies.
