Breakfast Casserole Bake
My favorite breakfast casserole! When cooking rice for another meal, I like to make extra to use in this recipe. Seasoned rice makes it super delicious! It can be mixed up the evening before and refrigerated overnight. Put pan in oven while preheating, and bake a little bit longer.
