Our long-awaited Creative Writing contest has arrived. We have chosen several winners, but as I write this, not all winners have even been chosen.
What we have decided to do with the results from this contest is to publish one or two per month throughout the winter. We are not naming them first, second, and third place. Rather, all are winners. If one story is a “January” setting, for example, we would choose January for it. If one is spring setting, we wouldn’t choose this November issue. So, the excitement continues…
We appreciate the effort you put into this contest. Thank you very much.
Take note of the “Stargazing” article on page 19. This came to us prior to our announcing the Nature Night contest. However, it is an excellent example of what a Nature Night submission might read like. The Nature Night contest
deadline is December 31.
Look back at the September issue for rules on several more contests in progress too.
